consent to treat form, and have been approved by your counselor
for treatment.

3 e-mail sessions: $ 95.00	6 e-mail sessions: $195.00
9 e-mail sessions: $300.00	12 e-mail sessions: $400.00

E Therapy (instant messenger):
$1.50/minute ($90.00/hour) Max. 1 hr per session
Instant message chat sessions available through AIM, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, or Kassamba
(must have prescheduled appointment time)

E Therapy Packages:
3 instant messenger sessions: $ 250.00	6 instant messenger sessions: $500.00
9 instant messenger sessions: $800.00	12 instant messenger sessions: $1000.00
